This was a challenging project that we did for a client who was planning a renovation of their property and needed a proposed floor plan to accompany their loan application. As there were no make structural changes they didn't want the cost of hiring an architect to redraw their plans - so we stepped in.

 

We provided a full floor plan of the whole residence, as well as individual floor plan visualisations of each zonal area throughout the house.
